    Yes, you can dial 911 with your 808NetFone service. However, there are certain differences of which you should be aware of.

    You can change your 911 address at our support management web site https://manage.808netfone.com or call our customer support service at 808-791-3000.

  4. What happens if I move to a new address? What do I need to do to ensure 911 is still available?

    When you move to a new location, you can bring your 808NetFone service with you. There is no need to disconnect and later reconnect the service at your new location. However, you will need to notify Pacific LightNet about your new address so we can update the records for 911 emergency dialing. To do so, please choose one of the contact methods available.
