  1. Are calls to U.S. Territories included in the USA plan?

    The following U.S. Territories are included in USA, Asia and Europe plan.
    • Guam
    • Puerto Rico
    • U.S. Virgin Islands

  2. What are the rates for international calls?

    International rates vary depending on the destination country. Please contact our customer service support at 808-791-3000 to get our latest international call rates.

  3. Can I use 808NetFone service for my business?

    Yes, we have two calling plans for business users:
    • SOHO Hawaii with unlimited Statewide calling
    • SOHO USA with unlimited Nationwide calling

  4. How much is the 2nd line?

    $9.95 per month for a residential calling plan and $30.00 per month for a business calling plan.
