  1. Is there an Activation Fee?

    Yes, a $45.00 Activation (Installation) Fee will apply for every new line you activate.

  2. When does the billing cycle start?

    Our billing cycle is from the 1st the month to the 1st of the following month.

  3. Do I have to pay the entire monthly rate if I signed up for 808NetFone mid month?

    No, you will be billed pro-rated for the number of days from the mid month (or whatever date) until the 1st of the following month.

  4. Are there extra charges associated with 808NetFone?

    Currently, we are required by law to assess E911 Surcharge at $0.27/month and Local Number Portability Charge at $0.38/month. This is a flat rate and the same amount will be billed no matter what date of the month you activate service. As with all charges that are regulated by our government agencies the amounts may change from month to month.

  5. What kind of taxes will I be charged?

    Currently, we are required by law to access Hawaii General Excise Tax at 4.712% of your monthly plan if you have an Oahu number and 4.167% of your monthly plan if you have a number other than Oahu. As with all charges that are regulated by our government agencies the amounts may change from month to month.

  6. Is there a termination fee if I cancel my 808NetFone service?

    Yes, a $45.00 early termination fee will apply if you terminate our service after 30 days and within the first twelve (12) months of starting the service.
